Chicken and Vegetable Comfort Soup

People from different cultures around the world have known the healing benefits of chicken soup for millennia, and it’s still as powerful a medicine as ever so there is no reason why we need to wait to be sick to have it in our diets. Think about it… if it heals us when we are sick then wouldn’t it strengthen us when we’re well, to make us fighting fit? I think so, and that is why we will have a bowl of chicken and veggie soup at least every week or fortnight.
